The hotel has a prime location right by the beach, which is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn't ready right away, and there were some maintenance issues with the door frame. Overall, I felt like the service was a mix—some staff were exceptional, while others seemed less motivated. It's a good value for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
